Weigh in tonight, I’ve been busting my ass to get under 20p. Hopefully it will happen.
So today I signed up for my first ever 5K. It is on Easter Sunday, time to get to work.
Let me just say that this weekends eating kicked my ass. I fell off the wagon, between the Girl Scout cookies and the cake we won at my nephews cake walk I had a lot of sweets.
I’m looking forward to starting this week fresh again. Over the last 5 Weeks I’ve managed to lose 7.4 pounds and am closer to being out of the 200’s for the 1st time in a long time.
Mondays breakfast was a green smoothie with the following ingredients:
1 cup water 1 cup frozen blueberries 4 frozen strawberries 1 scoop of protein powder 2 cups spinach
All in the vitamix and done…yum.

I love my vitamix blender. Gives me a good smoothie every day. This smoothie has Coconut Water, 1 tbsp of instant lemon pudding mix (sugar free), Orange, Apple, Pineapple, Spinach, Carrots and Grapes. It was good.
Yesterday I decided I was going to commit to the 30 day green smoothie challenge. Since I got my vitamix, the first 2 days were very easy. Yesterday’s included Frozen Mango, Spinach, Kale, Pom Juice, Apple, Grapes, Banana and Protein powder. Today I’ve had 2, one for breakfast and one for dinner. Very tasty.
Really looking forward to this challenge. I’ll keep you posted.
